United States and Canada

Slim9 is proud to offer shipping worldwide and throughout the United States. All of our packages are shipped within 48 hours of purchase via UPS and/or USPS depending on your location. Typically, your order should arrive in just a few short days, 4 to 5 business days to be exact.

We also understand your privacy and ensure that all of our packages are shipped discreetly and unmarked. 

Express and Overnight Shipping

Express shipping is offered through UPS, with guaranteed 2 to 3 business day delivery. While there are additional costs associated with this option, it does offer quick, fast and reliable delivery times.

Overnight shipping is offered through Federal Express and UPS, which guarantee next day delivery. Please note that for overnight orders, billing and shipping address must match in order to guarantee next day delivery.

International Orders

All of our international orders are shipped via UPS and/or EMS depending on location. International orders placed with UPS are usually delivered within 3 business days. EMS orders may take from 7 to 14 days for delivery.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders, and is emailed through UPS and/or Canada Post’s client server. You will receive an automated email from the shipping carrier as soon as your order is shipped from our facilities. If you are unable to find your tracking number, do not hesitate to call us, as one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

Packages being delivered to PO Boxes, APO, AE, and FOB addresses are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail and can take from 7 to 14 days for delivery.
